Definition - Images that capture a moving object and create a blurring effect

How to create - 
1. Change the shutter speed to a slower speed
2. Photograph something that is moving or move the camera as the picture is taken (Avoid Using Flash)
3. Upload the photographs to the computer and edit curves&levels.
4. Upload the photographs to blogger
