Technique - Multiple Flash

Definition - When the flash is fired several times as a subject moves 

How to create - 
1. Set the shutter speed to bulb
2. Set up a black background
3. Turn all the lights off and use polystyrene boards to block all lighting
4. Hold down the shutter and fire the flash whenever the model moves position.
5. Release the shutter when the movement has been finished. 
6. Upload images to the computer and edit curves&levels
7. Upload to blogger
