Technique - Slow Sync

Definition - When the camera has a low shutter speed and the flash is enabled. 

How to create - 
1. Set up a black background
2. Set up the red head so that it is behind a polystyrene wall protecting the background and have another one which also protects the camera. 
3. Match the aperture to the red head with a slow shutter speed and white balance.
4. Get the model to stand in front of the light and make the desired movement.
5. Using a light reader, match the flash to the aperture. 
7. Take photograph.
8. Upload to the computer, and edit the curves & levels
9. Upload to Blogger
